Faith-Based Edition

For faith-based institutions (excluding college/university religion departments and seminaries, which should purchase the Institutional Edition). The prices differ by size of the organization and include licensing for free public screenings by the purchasing organization.  In addition to the full-length 86-minute film, this edition includes a 56-min. abridged version of the film, a special 31-minute piece: “Repairing the Breach: The Episcopal Church & Slavery Atonement,” extended interviews with experts, discussion guides and other supplementary materials.

  • Large organizations (e.g. dioceses, large congregations): $175

In addition to the full-length 86-minute film, this edition includes a 51-min. abridged version of the film, extended interviews with experts, discussion guides and other supplementary materials.

Semi-theatrical
Any entity that wishes to screen the film for a paid admission fee can email us at screenings@tracesofthetrade.org.

We strongly recommend using trained facilitators if you are going to host a dialogue. A discussion guide for facilitators is available at http://www.pbs.org/pov/tracesofthetrade/. Speakers and facilitators from the “Traces Family” are available for screening events including Katrina Browne, Tom DeWolf and other DeWolf descendants, as well as others who are in the film such as Harold Fields, Constance Perry and Co-Producer Juanita Brown.
